FAR 61: Flight Schools that train under part 61 are generally less restrictive than their counterpart 141 operators.
FAR 61 operators operate with the most amount of flexibility with regards to training, however are held to very high maintenance standards.
FAR 61 operators are very, very common throughout the United States.
FAR 141: Operators under this federal aviation regulation must receive a pilot school certification from the FAA and are held to higher standards with regard to facilities, syllabi, and instruction given. One of the advantages to 141 operators is their ability to be approved for Veterans Administration and Tuition Assistance benefits from the military.
For both of these FARs, we provide equal services. All of our aircraft comply with 50 & 100 hour manufacturer's inspections and annual requirements. We gladly lease to either type of flight school and realize that some flight schools even operate under both parts. We can also establish maintenance contracts for your school if required. We lease on a 1 year option 3 basis.
FAR 91: If you are a certificated pilot (sport, private, instrument, commercial, or ATP), you may lease an aircraft directly from us. For your advantage, this is a 1 year lease option 3 and we can provide required maintenance and hangar space as required, too. Your advantage in this type of leasing arrangement is that you don't pay the flight school's rental, instructor, or fuel mark-up. You can significantly reduce your costs this way.
We require that you provide your own insurance for the duration of the lease.
FAR 135: These operators are scheduled or on demand charter operations. They operate under the most stringent requirements the FAA has in order to maximize passenger and aircrew safety. All of our aircraft can be used in Part 135 operations.
We also are currently expanding our operations to provide charter services in the following locales:
Las Vegas, NV; White Sands, NM; and Fort Lauderdale, FL.
