Atwater Aviation was formed in 2010 to fill a small aircraft need at a flight school operating out of Henderson, NV.

The business relationship that absolutely boomed from that first aircraft led Atwater Aviation to expand its operations and business model from a Part 61 operator lease-back contract to the multiple contracts and aircraft that Atwater Aviation, LLC currently operate.

We aim to be the LARGEST aircraft leaseback company in the United States.

Atwater Aviation, LLC is owned by Fred and Kristi Atwater and operates via Nevada corporate-domestic LLC structure. Our Nevada Business License Number is NV20101841627.
